Returns

At Prior Ortho, we are committed to delivering products that meet the highest quality standards.
If, however, a return is required, requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Returned products must:

Be unused and undamaged

Remain in original packaging

Comply with storage and handling guidelines

To initiate a return request, customers must provide the Order Number and product details via email at:
info@priorortho.com

All return requests are subject to review and written authorization prior to shipment.

Refund Process

Once the returned goods are received at our facility, they will undergo a formal quality inspection.
Customers will be notified in writing regarding the approval or rejection of the refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 3–5 business days, subject to banking procedures.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Prior Ortho.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
